There were two games at LQ, followed by sandwiches and cake.
Evan wanted a chocolate mint cake and that's what he got. There was also a lemon cake, in case there were children who didn't want chocolate or mint. But the chocolate mint cake was a huge hit and none was left. I also found a great no-fat frosting which, bizarrely, I can't find again on the web. (It does use Splenda and some sugar. If you want the recipe, just ask.)
Now he's nine.
